Cook School

Our cook school is an informal place where you can build up your skills and repertoire at a pace that suits you. We do not follow a formal teaching programme.

Students come along and cook their dish alongside chef, who will help each individual to improve their food buying, preparation and cooking skills on a one to one basis.

We teach in mixed ability groups - no previous experience necessary, but experienced cooks will find much to learn.

All classes are taught by Zeus himself. Zeus has worked in many many kitchens ranging from the big Manchester stadiums (both city and United) to the intimacy of directors dining rooms and private members clubs. He will share with you insider tricks and techniques to improve the standard
of your food.
